At JMC Sports, we’re committed to delivering your gear quickly and efficiently, so you can get back to what matters—performance, passion, and play.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • From time to time, stock may become depleted, and there may be a wait of up to 21 days for restocking of any product. 

 

  • Orders placed after 2 PM (AEST) may be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

We offer standard and express shipping options across Australia and internationally.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Remote and rural areas may experience longer delivery times.

International Shipping

  • International rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly through our carrier partners.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive for timely delivery, please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or peak demand periods.

  • JMC Sports is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

  • Hazardous or oversized items may be subject to special shipping restrictions or additional surcharges.
